lukewarm shower

I had a nice stay here. the room was clean and fresh-smelling. Unloading my luggage was a breeze! Unfortunately, the shower had lukewarm water at 10 am. I'd come back if they fixed that!

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the ease of unloading luggage with the outside entrance. Felt safe and cozy !

No hot water in the shower at 10 am! My hair still thinks it's summer from that lukewarm dip!

Cozy room, friendly staff, enjoyed the great wi-fi and free parking to make exploring the area so much easier from this convenient location.

Budget Inn's location was perfect for my needs, with plenty of eateries, gas stations, and a clean Walmart nearby. the room was generally clean and surprisingly quiet despite the busy surroundings.

Occasional lack of hot water. Bed discomfort.

I had a really great time here and would stay here again. Great value, room was attractive, staff were courteous. Its location was marvellous, so close to the Waffle House, and Beebe.

Room had a comfy bed and was affordable for our city trip. The hotel was close to several useful amenities like fast food restaurants and convenience stores, plus we could easily get to local attractions. We appreciated the fact that we got free parking and wi-fi.

Our stay wasn't perfect. There were a few issues that marred our experience.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient with many dining options, gas stations, and a well-stocked department store nearby. We found the hotel to be clean with all the necessary facilities. The helpful hotel staff made us feel comfortable. We also appreciated the availability of on-site parking and quick access to the highway.
